This artisan cheese producer offers many cheeses made fresh daily, including firm cheeses — blocks, curds, grated, with herbs, BBQ, smoked — plus Swiss, aged Héritage beer cheddar, strong cheeses and soft cheeses. All made from 100% pure pasteurized milk with no modified dairy ingredients. Also try the dairy bar, maple products, salted herbs and other regional products, as well as homemade pastries, breads and brioches.

Summer, from 8 am to 10 pm.
Off-season: from 8 am to 6 pm; Thursday and Friday, from 8 am to 9 pm
