Not far from the Rimouski Cathedral, this bakery produces European-style breads: sourdough, yeast or poolish method. The open bakery lets you see the bakers at work using only certified organic flours. Wide selection of products, including: French baguettes, integral bread, fougasse, country-style bread, nut bread, pure butter fancy pastry, croissants, Danishes, brioches, apple turnovers.

Hours

Thursday and Friday from 8 am to 6 pm; Saturday and Sunday from de 8 am to 5:30 pm.
Closed the last three weeks of July.
